Abstract

The objective of this community service program is to provide guidance and education for volunteers and related personnel at PT Zen Ambulance Indonesia by strengthening social ethics (akhlaq) from an Islamic perspective, as well as promoting proper communication etiquette when handling patients during crisis situations. The activity was carried out through counseling sessions in the form of material presentations delivered by speakers whose expertise aligns with their educational backgrounds, while also being tailored to the needs of the partner institution. The results of this community service activity show that ambulance volunteers have improved their understanding of Islamic teachings related to social ethics as an initial step in the internalization of Islamic social values. In addition, they have developed better skills in managing emotions and mental resilience, and gained awareness of the importance of peer support groups, accompanied by empathetic communication when dealing with patients and their families.
