This article examines the importance of building a good organisational culture within the framework of school internal administration. The aim is to investigate efficient methods for building and maintaining an organisational culture that supports the growth of students and educators. The approach used includes a thorough examination of the existing literature. Several key elements in building a positive organisational culture are identified in this article, including visionary and inspirational leadership, the formulation of a shared vision and mission, as well as the empowerment of staff and teachers. Furthermore, this article emphasizes the need to create a cooperative work environment to foster innovation and creativity. This article also examines key aspects of internal school environmental management, including the design of physical spaces that support learning, the creation of a positive psychological atmosphere, the implementation of reward and recognition systems, as well as the development of efficient conflict management and problem-solving strategies. In addition, this article examines the main obstacles in building and maintaining a positive organisational culture, such as resistance to change, generational differences, and ensuring cultural uniformity in the long term, while also presenting practical solutions and strategic ideas to effectively address these issues. This article concludes that building a good organisational culture is an ongoing effort that requires continuous dedication from all parties involved. This research has significant implications that enhance our understanding of how to create a school climate that supports the academic progress and personal growth of both students and staff. By implementing a comprehensive strategy to oversee the internal environment of schools, developing an organisational culture, and providing important perspectives for education practitioners and policymakers in efforts to improve overall education standards.
