Abstract

This study aims to analyse the role of students participating in the Community Service Programme (KKN) at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University (UINSA) Surabaya in raising awareness among teenagers about the dangers of delinquency in Sukomalo Village, Lamongan Regency. The focus of this study ison the socialisation activities carried out by students as a form of social da'wah for moral and social education for teenagers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of socialisation activities. Thematic analysis was used to examine the strategies and effectiveness of social da'wah. The results of the research show that the socialisation activities carried out by KKN students UINSA, such as counselling on the dangers of juvenile delinquency and group discussions, became a means of social da'wah that received a positive response from teenagers and helped them understand the material presented. Through a persuasive and interactive approach, students were able to foster understanding and encourage adolescents to engagein positive activities. Thus, the role of KKN students proved to be important in realising social da'wah that is applicable and has a direct impact onvillage communities.
